1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To access real-money gaming services on jkk77, users must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information as necessary.

3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jkk77 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jkk77 may use technical and manual means to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be duplicates are subject to permanent closure without notice. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 jkk77 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which may include FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and Bank Transfer. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 All transactions on jkk77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jkk77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of the payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

4.4 jkk77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. In such cases, jkk77 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

4.5 jkk77 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the name of the registered jkk77 account holder. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant jkk77 account may be suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 jkk77 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to individual promotional terms and conditions. Each promotion will specify its eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds (where applicable), expiry date, and any game restrictions.

5.2 Bonuses credited to your jkk77 account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and other conditions vary by promotion and will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

5.3 jkk77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering is in progress, jkk77 will provide reasonable notice before any modification takes effect.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that jkk77 determines to be contrary to the spirit of promotional offers — may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jkk77 Platform:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Creating or using multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to jkk77 immediately and will not be honoured;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing hand information, coordinating bets, or using external communication to gain an advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering or using jkk77 for any purpose contrary to applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the jkk77 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

6.2 jkk77 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the jkk77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and software — is the property of jkk77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jkk77 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on any jkk77 content without express written authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jkk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8.2 jkk77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

8.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records held by jkk77's servers shall be considered the definitive record, subject to any manifest error. jkk77 reserves the right to void bets or game outcomes affected by technical errors.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
